When we put the house on the market we had 5 different agents value our house. They were all very good, however Richard from The Personal Agent impressed us most. Sensible market price (what we thought, not bumping it up to impress us) that made us feel confident of a quick sale.
Everything happened on time, photographs, marketing of our house, viewings etc.The house went on the market on the Thursday, viewed by 7 people Friday/Saturday
2 offers Monday morning. House sold! Kept up to date by his office as to how the chain was proceeding.

With a particular nod to Cat who has been pushing the process along and ensuring all was running smoothly (which is no mean feat!), it always felt like we were in safe hands.
