The third time we have used personal agent for buying and selling and they have been excellent as always. The real advantage they offer is the local knowledge of the area and answers and assurance they can provide despite how difficult solicitors, the council and housing associations try to make it! A special mention to both Chris and Ray for excellent customer service and always keeping us up to date.

The area is lovely, very peaceful and quiet, the bungalow was nice, but my partner thought the properties are too close together and we would be overlooked. We have only just started looking for a new house, so its early days and I would not rule out revisiting Oakmead Green. Rosie was lovely, very kind and helpful. She gave us a lot of information about the on site amenities, and was very patient with two oldies and nothing was too much trouble for her.
