Lovely for a couple of nights stay
Location, food and staff. Love that it's dog friendly...you wouldn't even notice there are dogs staying there, no barking at all.
The cleanliness was a little bit hit and miss but still acceptable. Only minor issues, one being the room doors are quite old which means they've become stiff over time and therefore you have to close them with a bit of force, not ideal late at night hearing people slam thier doors. The only other thing is in our room there's a tiny step up from bedroom to bathroom, it's not obvious and I tripped, the masking tape holding the carpet to limit the step was coming away.
Other than those minor things, no complaints.

Hotel needs a revamp but great location
Location is excellent we got seaview room it was a beautiful view staff are very friendly
Hotel is very tired needs a good revamp we didnt like breakfast and one of the lifts havent been working for about 6 months so you can be waiting for ages for the working lift and its very small

Oh dear!
Friendly staff.
Second lift out of action during our stay. Other lift went on the blink a couple of times so able-bodied guests had to use the stairs. Others, like us, had to wait until the lift decided to come alive again.
On arrival we were allocated a room with a bath, despite receiving a confirmation email that we would be allocated a room with a walk-in shower as we requested. The only room available with a walk-in shower was a superior room for we had to pay the extra charge for an upgrade.

Very good value for money and location is great close to pier and restaurants.
Possibly more selection on the cooked breakfast and more tea locations maybe even a pot brought to the table as the flasks got clogged up.
Room was very hot maybe fans or blinds could be used.Lovely bright airey room with big windows so sun is beautiful but hot.

Poor quality breakfast. Not worth the money. Surely you can have fresh toast available without having to cook it yourself! Have decent ingredient & where are the sauces? There was nobody to ask...
