My mum Eve was a resident of Chaseley and it was her home for 19 years.
She was always happy, well cared for and obviously loved.
Apart from the odd missing toiletries; I can’t fault the care she received.
Thankyou Chaseley for the care she received for all those years and especially for the last two weeks when she was on end of life care.
My mum passed away in her own bed; in her own room.
We are forever grateful.

Rooms in good decorative condition. breakfast was good.
outside was in need of total redecoration and refurbishment of windows.
Only one lift working which was the service lift and really could only take 2 people.

Staff were very friendly and flexible check out.
A shame the lift was broken and the room door seemed like if anyone gave it a shove it would give way despite being locked.

Great location , clean and comfy. Staff exceptional
Along the sea front so very convenient. Staff extremely helpful, always had a smile and very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area especially the team on reception. Drinks a bit expensive. Lunch and Breakfast very good
Only one very small lift in reception working the whole weekend which made it very difficult getting up to fourth floor. Always a queue due to this. The bigger lift has apparently been out of order for a long time so needs be fixed asap.

Our stay at Burlington
Great location and usually priced well, especially if there's a mobile discount. It's definitely faded glory but comfortable and the staff are nice. We generally try to stay here. I haven't had the food options for awhile but remember the breakfast being hot and filling.
The lift was out of service again. There are two, with the larger having issues. It's not great if you have suitcases or can't manage stairs. Our window required a wooden block to hold it open, which didn't allow for much air circulation.

We had an non-standard old wooden door leading out into a back porch which was replaced with double patio doors. The whole process from start to finish was professional, friendly with excellent communication throughout. Installation was completed to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend. Superb.
