Nothing ever felt rushed or like an inconvenience, and the little tips along the way made a real difference.
The whole team was friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. They clearly care about doing the job properly and genuinely want their customers to be delighted with the finished result.

Great location
Great sea view and lots of space in the room, with a good breakfast.
The hotel is quite tired and in need of renovation.

Lovely place in a lovely location.
It is a grand old hotel which retains lots of charm and character. The dining room and bar have wonderful sea views.
One of the lifts was not working but there was an alternative lift and the stairs!

Great sea front and central location and staff go out of thier way to help you
Parts of the building are a bit dated and needs modernising but the bits we saw weren't as bad as some of the reviews I've read! We didn't use the lift but it does look like a collectors item!

Great value for money
Location perfect. Big spacious room. Great value for money. Will stay again next year for the tennis
The decor on the outside of the hotel needs painting. The fan was really weak. The window didn’t stay open we had to wedge something there. The toilet was down a very long narrow space

Burlington could do better
The position & we could park. The lift was an advantage.
Didn't like shower over bath. Very dangerous. Food not good from bar. Fish & chips had been sitting somewhere. Was not fresh.
