The location... everything nearby...the staff excellent and the room was large size with walk-in shower which was really good.
Good idea the biscuits and free water and coffee machine The lift not very reliable tho there was an alternative but tiny so used the stairs

Great Location
Great location and Staff excellent.
Also has parking facilities. Slightly in need of some TLC .
Bathroom tiny .
Carpet showing signs of age
Wiring showing in lots of places.
Front door plaster in need of repair and painting.
TV LEDs fading needs replacing and very few channels.

Beautiful hotel very clean
The bed was very hard the pillows were awfully thin , when we asked for more we was told they can’t promise and we never r recieved any. It was like sleeping flat on concrete

Just what I needed to declutter mind. Relaxing except for the lift
Burlington is located right the beach and town. Easy access to both. A little outdated and in need of a spruce up. Food was excellent and the room was great
I didn't like that out of the two lifts only one lift worked as the other one was broken. It was broken the last time I stayed there. I got trapped the last time I stayed. This lift takes 2 people at a pinch. Please spend the money and sort the lift out. Also I was charged £20 per night for my dog and Booking.com states £10 and they would not honour this. Disappointing.

What a brilliant company. Ditzy Media helped me out with some focused training and were so helpful and supportive. Her team were also very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I left with way more confidence, thanks to Mina's impressive skill and supportive approach. I would definitely recommend Ditzy Media.
