Great location, handy having car park behind. Friendly staff. Breakfast good value and big choice.
Only 1 tiny lift working. whole place is very tired and in need of a refresh.

The staff were lovely and the location is amazing. Parking is easy. Unfortunately the breakfast didn’t blow us away. But
The property is in a great location. The fact that staff placed a fan in our room was a great touch. The bed is very comfortable.
It is a little outdated but was great quality considering the price we paid. Of course the place could do with a spruce up, I was hesitant at using the shower but In actual fact it was very good.

Brilliant service throughout. Attended quickly, diagnosed problem missed previously by other company. Ordered parts and returned on Saturday to complete repair and restore our hot water. Would highly recommend.

The room provided for use was presentable clean and tidy.
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
The food was good and atmosphere liked. The bath required a wipe and the shower water pressure was very weak.
The outside noise was evident even when the window was closed but brief and didn't spoil the experience.

As always, and a regular stayer here, it’s perfectly positioned and staff are lovely. A great base for exploring and right on the seafront.
All was good. It’s dated. But it is what it is.
