Me, my partner and our friend and her mother had a two-night weekend break here. Lovely traditional English seaside hotel - grand public rooms and even a ballroom. The breakfasts were good quality and substantial. The hotel is a bit worn in places, but this gives it an air of faded grandeur that's quite charming. Our bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and offered the most lovely views over to the beach and pier. It was wonderful to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the waves. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and did their utmost to help guests and make them feel welcome.

Car park £6 a day is good. Evening meal for mass catering was very good, £12 three courses.
Obviously relys on budjet coach holidays

We all had a good time, nothing to complain about, we hope to stay in the Burlington again .
Breakfasts excellent. Staff helpful. Everywhere clean and comfortable.
The lifts were a bit slow, only the small lift working. However we were on holiday and didn’t mind waiting.

Very tired hotel. I think she’s due for a spruce up. Had to ask to change rooms but we were upgraded so that was good.
Food was lovely with a buffet breakfast and a choice menu of three courses for the evening. I had an issue when I was served a meal with gluten which wasn’t good. The staff very very apologetic but it did affect me quite badly so be careful. They do have a breakfast section for gluten free. I would mark the hotel down for its cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were very lovely so I can give them a five star and a high five. Would I stay here again. Despite its great location near the pier and the staff I would have to say no

Visited here many times with my daughter . We love the theatre and have watched many shows that have been on locally . The theatre is clean and bright, staff and chaperones are around to help assist people where they need to go to find there seats . There is generally a break between shows with drinks , ice cream and light snacks available to purchase . Toilets and disabled ♿
I would highly recommend visiting here for shows .
