Excellent location ...friendly helpful staff comfortable room excellent view
The lift was an issue !!! I got trapped in lift as it stopped working !!! However the staff responded quickly were reassuring and sorted the problem out

The breakfast was better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. The front of house staff are second to none.
Abbey at reception was proactive and friendly. The restaurant/ maintenance and any job you could find guy( didn’t get his name)
Was incredible.I would have loved him working for me; back in the day in management.
Yes, goof staff in general. The lift that was working was a nightmare at times. The doors were keen to injure you as they shut if someone on another floor pressed the call button.
The large lift didn’t ever work.
The building in general was tired.
Good value though!
