Thanks to Mina for her extensive knowledge and forebearance (I was late) and experience of targeting groups in Eastbourne. I will be taking another 2 hour session to design a specific plan for a couple of projects I want to promote in Eastbourne. Great stuff Mina.

They are also very honest in their assessments of what is needed when offering quotations, so your not actually quoted for something you don't need.
We have used window solutions for the last 3 years and they have worked at 2 properties for us and found their work to be very professional.

I was in room 200 it was very grubby and dirty. I found blond hair on the carpet and alot of stains.shower not great. The hotel is very old and out dated neads a bit of work and it would be fantastic. in saying that to be fair to them the staff were lovely friendly and very helpful. They try their best.the bed was very comfortable and clean linnen clean. Handy to have the tea and coffee very nice. Location was brilliant near everything we went to the tennis tournament and theathre.we had a fantastic time.

We stayed over night Wednesday for my mums 90th b day and I booked 2 sea view rooms with disabled facilities for my mum . Staff on arrival were very kind and helpful .
But at 2 AM in the morning the fire alarm went off and was over 20 mins before someone switched it off .
We was on the 4th floor and I had to run to my mums room and try to help her out as she is disabled .It was a nightmare , people panicking and a few ladies in the same situation as my mum as they can't walk the stairs and of course in an event of a fire the lift is out of action .
There was an emergency phone in the hall which I called but it Does not work .
No fire doors to protect us in the corridors or the rooms which I thought was law .
Not 1 member of staff came to help or advise or tell us what or where the problem was .
Eventually some ppl came back up and said it was someone cooking or making toast in there room but im not sure .
Not one member of staff in the morning offered an apology or explanation of what went on .
SO if yr disabled my advice is book the lowest floor possible in case of any problems .We was lucky it was not a real fire but if it had of been We and others would of been stuck .

Stayed here for 2 nights last year to watch the Tuesday tennis schedule. Weather last year temperamental with cold wind and rain towards end of day. This time it was el scorchio.
Hotel is still tired but location for the tennis is excellent and with the Belgian cafe attached. It certainly is not 5 star and doubt it would claim to be. But for location, value for money and breakfast it can’t be faulted.

The Burlington Hotel is set on the Eastbourne sea front right next to the pier. The rooms have different prices dependant on what you needs are.We had a super room with a lovely view of the pier.Plenty of room and a nice bathroom. We had Breakfast and dinner which was very good.Dont like new system of have to buy your drinks at the bar then taking into dinner! They have parking at the rear of the hotel which is very handy.

Great value economy hotel.
The location is excellent for all that Eastbourne has to offer.
Reception staff totally lacking in welcome, personality or helpfulness (I suppose you get what you pay for). Breakfast staff very pleasant.
