Just had four days there and great little two star hotel with good breakfasts and evening meals and very nice staff and comfortable beds and a 32 inch tv and a small shower but efficient and about eight minutes from town and all the bus stops and we went to Brighton from there.

Noisy extractor outside the window bit room 133 could do with air conditioner in the room .

Lovely stay and we had a wonderful view from our window. It was a pleasant room to sleep and relax.
Good and plenty of choices. Hot food was properly cooked and well presented. Spacious and sunny dining area with great views and helpful staff.
Reception friendly and lovely Manager. Thank you for a great team ! The lift too small and it was a tight squeeze. Only 1 lift available as the other was out of order. Plenty of stairs though.

A pleasant stay without any issues,and I will return in future.
The hotel met my expectations and the staff were very pleasant.
Maybe bar prices a little high but service was very good.
