Good value for the price, with a convenient location and friendly staff.

For the price, you really can’t ask for much more. The Burlington is quite a run-down hotel with very simple amenities, but it was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay and represented good value for what we paid. If you’re looking for somewhere basic and affordable rather than modern or luxurious, it does the job.

Really like this hotel. Big room with high ceiling. Comfortable bed. Seafront. Close to pier and shops. The hotel foyer and ground look gorgeous. Great self service breakfast. Enjoyed whole experience.

Great location, value for money, really friendly and helpful staff,great transport, buses taxis, 2minute walk to the pier,nice shopping centre with all the popular shops nice bars and resturants within walking distant,well worth a visit.

Overall a great stay.
Superior sea view room.
The bathroom, is too narrow. The toilet is next to the glass shower doors. So you can’t manoeuvre properly. Making hygiene difficult. Especially difficult for plus size ladies and gentlemen. Room 112. The toilet should be where the sink is and the sink where the toilet is, making life a lot easier. I have stayed in various rooms in The Burlington and not experienced this layout before.
