Having needed a fire risk assessment report for the sale of my flat urgently, I phoned Dave Elliott at southern fire risk assessment explaining this on Tuesday, he managed to fit the assessment the next day. He was very informative and knowledgeable carried out the report and emailed it to me the same evening.
Would definitely ues their services again and would highly recommend them in the future.

Ideal location for a very short stay only
Great location and lovely view of the pier from the sea-views rooms. Bar prices are reasonable and live entertainment quite enjoyable
Unfortuately the hotel is tired - the front simply needs a coat of paint and the removal of weeds all along the front and window ledges to vastly improve the image. Lifts are old and tiny and the bed was small

The property is old and beginning to look dated and in need of updating.
Staff were really helpful and hapoy. I was in a single room . It could be locked from inside.
It was clean But it wasn’t tidied. Neede a book or leaflet about times, Tv etc .
