The room provided for use was presentable clean and tidy.
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
The food was good and atmosphere liked. The bath required a wipe and the shower water pressure was very weak.
The outside noise was evident even when the window was closed but brief and didn't spoil the experience.

As always, and a regular stayer here, it’s perfectly positioned and staff are lovely. A great base for exploring and right on the seafront.

we have been many times and staff are also excellent and helpful. However, rooms quite neglected
Food and staff excellent, entertainment also. However, we do know that the hotel is very run down and in need of major work. the room was not particularly clean, windows, bathroom, toilet etc.
