The location of the hotel was perfect for both access to the pier opposite and easy access to town. Nice bar area with a view of the front to enjoy a drink in the evening. Staff were very welcoming and friendly - were very helpful when needing different things during our stay.
The heat in the room felt very uncomfortable for the majority of the time, the fan provided was definitely needed, however this struggled to provide much relief from the heat. I wonder if due to the size of the rooms and the increasing heatwaves in the UK it would benefit from larger fans being available as it was very uncomfortable to sleep in the heat.
The bath taps were very noisy when running, and there was no plug in the sink, but to balance it out, otherwise the bathroom was lovely and clean and a lovely bright space.

Wonderful holiday at Burlingtons , Eastbourne
The location is excellent just infront of the pier. The reception staff Sarah was very sweet. The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of hot & cold items.
The tiny lift which holds only 2 people is a problem, especially when the hotel gets crowded

It was very pleasant, all in all the hotel was comfortable and tidy but lacking a few bits
It was on the sea front by the pier… the staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great..loads of choice
The room needed a bit of a freshen up, the tv didn’t work, a small fridge would be very useful

Great stay, great value for money.
The bedroom was spotless, the beds were super comfy and the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help you.
The only thing that would make it slightly better would be to serve food a little later than 8pm, but there are restaurants nearby.

Have returned many times. Great value for money.
Very clean, lovely staff. Great breakfast. Location perfect for shops, beach, pier and bandstand etc.
The lift is very tiny but luckily we were on 2nd floor and didn’t really affect our stay.

It was great
Very Close to beach, best thing i must say, staffs and breakfast are great
Only 1 lift was working during our visit which was very small lift, with suitcase only 1-2 person can fit, long wait for lift,

The location is excellent, straight across the road from the beach and pier, the shops are just around the corner.
They have two lifts, but only one was working, and that one broke down one night, which meant all the guests had to walk up the stairs. Luckily, we were on the first floor.
Also, the lifts are very small ,not really ideal for people on wheelchairs.
