Proximity to the pier and town centre.
The lift wasn’t working, so I had to walk up and down 4 floors in a heatwave.

For a seaside town this is a nice clean friendly place from young to old bit dated but clean and comfortable and staff are always happy nice to see

Stayed in a huge comfy room with a sea view - nicely decorated with local art on the walls and great views. I was a bit worried when we walked in to reception as it felt very dated but the rooms are more modern than the public areas!
