I had a great one to one Social Media training session with Mina this morning. I could not believe what was involved setting up all the accounts, business pages and linking them together. Mina had this sorted in no time! Being a novice, she was very patient and gave me lots of advice on how to grow my content and keep the pages updated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure about how to get started on Social Media to help grow their business.

RSE Group recently helped me to find my first employee, when we met in January, we agreed that it would be an interesting and challenging search as I don't operate in mainstream accountancy and the person that I was after was a highly skilled technical report writer who preferably had an IT background. I met both Mandy Brook and Leanne Atkins over coffee to discuss the role and we agreed to see how things went. As it was my first hire they were very good at working with me to develop the job advert and to highlight the most appropriate skills I was looking for. The search did prove to be more of a challenge than any of us thought, but they were successful in finding me a candidate who more than exceeded my requirements and who so far, touch wood, has hit the ground running and proven to be a very good find. RSE are a mine of information when it comes to the recruiting game and being a growing business themselves have probably already gone through the problems that you might experience when you are trying to recruit to grow your business. If you want to find the right person to fit into your business and you want to work with a group of pro-active people who go above and beyond in every aspect of what it is you are searching for and you want results, pick up the phone and talk to the RSE Group. I will be going back to visit them for my next employee, which might be sooner than I or they think.

Spent a couple of hours with Mina yesterday and learnt so much. I thought I was using Facebook to promote my Charity. Only to find out there is so much more I could be doing. Mina was so helpful and made sure I understood everything before she moved on. I'm sure I will have lots more to learn but Mina has already followed up and given me some further support.
