A further massive thanks to Steve the driver, he called ahead to give an ETA and was very polite, professional and helpful, he was a great help working around a previous delivery of materials that had been placed badly. There are remnants of its former glory visible but overall its clearly suffered a lack of maintenance and upgrades over the years. The tired appearance is not mirrored in the staff, however, who were uniformly helpful and professional, and the location can't be beat. But the fact is that returning to the room was just about the last thing we wanted to do.
