The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful but some of the rooms are a bit tired and had a hot water problem (wasn't any)

Everything was excellent except for the smokers congregating at the front entrance. Surely there should be a better area set aside for them. It wasn't very nice to have to walk through them all to get in or out and the butts on the pavement didn't give a good imptession.
