The studio is amazing, a paradise the teachers are ALWAYS BAREFOOT during the lessons, small place so feet are exposed and close to you that you admire them High Definition. Nice and clean all the time lovely lovely. In busy classes the opportunities to admire barefeet during poses like cobra pose of downward dog are even higher.
Thank you all the give me this happiness is my favorite place and favorite feet. I love you. And I wish you success more more and more.

The yoga life studio classes have been amazing in helping me cope with Fybromyalgia..I have come off all my medication since starting yoga there over 6 years ago..It caters for people of all ages and abilities...The range of classes is amazing, in a variety of venues, but primarily at the Studio..Eva ensures that everyone is made welcome and at ease. The studio is a safe and friendly venue , and is a haven where you can have time out from the stress of daily life..There are many other Yogis teaching there offering various styles of Yoga. We are so lucky to have Yoga Life here in Eastbourne its the best and only venue I would recommend..Thanks Eva your a Star...Ellie Bond Aged 71 x

Eva’s classes are amazing and leave you feeling like you have stretched your body and your mind. You leave feeling energised and calm at the same time and somehow you’ve decluttered your brain without even trying. The studio is beautiful and everyone is so warm and friendly.
