Currently staying here, breakfast has been great, can't complain for a buffet breakfast aka an all you can eat 😅 room is nice and clean, have a nice sea view from said room. Toiletries and all the features you get in a room are bang on. It's a nice hotel, in a great location, staff have been pleasant and friendly, stones throw away from the town centre and pier. Would recommend to friends and family

I stayed in 232 The bed was so uncomfortable, there was a unmarked step into the bathroom, the toilet was too close to the wall which had a large toilet roll holder right next to it so you couldn't sit on it properly, the towel warmer didn't work, the electric heater didn't' work that well, room service was ok they didn't hoover the or give clean mugs.

We are really delighted with the installation carried out by this local company. The estimate provided by Tim was prompt and competitive. He set out a timescale for the work and installation commenced exactly on time. My husband was worried that damage would be caused to the tiling on the bathroom and kitchen but there was no cause for alarm as no tiles were affected. The team were cheerful tidy and above all efficient! The whole job took a day and a half and all the house was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate recommending Swain Bros - certainly beat large faceless companies!!

Since then they have built us 2 new computers and cloned across our old computer set-ups so that we have seamlessly moved across to the latest technology which will give us business security for years to come.
