Would definitely return
The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The location is perfect right next to the Pier and sea views.
The water pressure at the top floor wasn't great but didnt detract. Could do with a little spruce up decor wise but again, doesnt detract from everything else thats lovely about the place.

Was ok for a night
Perfect location on the sea front. Stayed for Airbourne so was quite handy to have access to free toilets. We knew we couldn't check in until 3 but there was a place to store luggage
The room was ridiculously warm with only a small fan and the shower was quite poor, either reasonable but cold or poor flow but warm.

Location,food, was excellant, staff were above and beyond.
One lift out of order, should have been fixed. I booked three rooms for people with disabilities, need walk in showers I was told we had them booked, only one had a walk in shower, which was not good as had to step up into the shower.

Staff we're attentive and friendly very helpful
Bar area looked recently done. The breakfast and the dinner was great no issues
A bit tired needs the exterior and in the rooms. Need ramps for people with mobility issues. The lift was atrocious doors closing before you get out and only one in action. No disabled toilets for women had to use the gents toilets appreciate the original women's toilets was where the fire was however this needs attention .

Staff friendly and helpful. Nice big hotel. Lovely room with nice sea view.
Only downside is out of two lifts only the small lift was working. And this is one of their busiest weekends..

Our stay in general was good, the staff we encountered were excellent. Feel that a bit of a tidy up to the outside front
The property is in a convenient location for the sea front and pier.
On this occasion the TV did not work we were told due to connection issues. Did not like having to walk into the hotel with a crowd of people standing on the entrance steps and by the wall smoking who we had to negotiate through. This for us was off putting. This needs to be a no smoking area and a dedicated smoking area away from the entrance.
