We went here for breakfast today. Absolutely amazing, the food was lovely and hot, tasty and served with a good mug of coffee. Made to feel welcome by lovely staff. Will definitely be back very soon.

Not like it used to be, now tired with a lack of entertainment and also for example no coffee after dinner, with room not serviced completely as you would expect. But very friendly service from staff making our stay pleasantly enjoyable and good WiFi.

I bought my beautiful wife's engagement ring from Chatfield's Jewellers and we subsequently returned to them for our Wedding Bands. We were and are over the moon with our purchases, the care and attention to detail provided by the welcoming staff... and all their much needed advice (on my part atleast..). This is a Wonderful family run business that I would both highly recommend and indeed return to in the future for special occasions (or indeed when I am told to...).

What a wonderful place this is. Fabulous food, friendly, helpful staff, they even make great coffee - unheard of in most pubs!
Their spacious function room is ideal for meetings (only downside to that is no disabled access).
There quiz nights attract a great crowd too.
All in all this is possibly the best pub in Eastbourne!
