Economical overnight stay.
The location is great. Our room was basic, but clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, with lovely clean. Crisp bedding. We were given a key to let ourselves in and out after hours.
We were only there overnight to attend a concert, so spent no time there apart from sleeping. It didn't look like the bar was open, but we didn't see anyone else there until the morning. We have no complaints at all.

I enjoyed my stay here the staff were friendly and approachable. I had a really relaxing sleep
Continent location, approachable staff and requests met.
Interior is dated, could do with a bit of fresh life injected into it as it’s a prominent location and ideally stationed right behind the pier. It’s difficult to open the windows in the room and you can’t control the room temperature or bathroom rail. The door also knocks from the draft of the wind if your windows are open. Could be a lovely set of studio apartments

Pleasant, comfortable Hotel with very nice Staff
The location was great the staff were very friendly, helpful and made our stay a pleasant one.

Wanted a hotel close to Hippodrome theatre as we had tickets for a show. This was ideal.
Good location. Very basic but everything we needed for a one night stay. Friendly proprietor.
In need of refurbishment- decor and curtaining. Wi fi only available in lounge.

Ok for an overnight stop, but needs a lot of work doing to the hotel to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
Very good location, close to the pier and seafront. Easy permit parking via the hotel.
The reception and bar area were uninviting, dark and dated. The bedroom was musty smelling and very basic.

Good place, would go again if i go Eastbourne again. Good service and good rooms.
I liked that i was close off town centre. Like 2 minute walk. It has everything you need.
Don’t really have no minus points.
