Great hotel
We had a problem with our room the key got stuck in the door, and we couldn't remove it, we contacted the receptionist, and she came straight up, she was unable to remove it. She upgraded us to a very nice room for our inconvenience.
The menu in Resturant was good but it changed from our last visit and I missed a few things from it, but that's only me.

An absolute gem for location, safety and comfort.
It’s the one hotel I choose over all others. The front of house staff are excellent. Extremely friendly and personable.

This hotel is clean and staff super accommodating I love staying here.
I stay here often. The reception staff are personable and friendly. Any small request I have they will always try to accommodate.
I am a single older lady travelling alone. Without exception I have always felt safe staying here. I am happy with everything at this hotel.

Cheap asn cheerful yup get what you pay for.
The room was comfortable and big enough. On site bar and close to everything we needed .Nice breakfast with plenty of choice, lots of tables available, staff were friendly although reception staff were possibly too friendly or nosey.
Only 1 very small lift working,not good for those who suffer from confined spaces. The decor and rooms quite dated. Lots of maintenance needed. Dark corridors, better lighting would be better. Could do with a good clean in some areas or bathrooms shower seals and basins.some areas of our bedroom carpet looked as though there had been a leak of some sort.
