Update - I recently joined the joyful aerial yoga class held on Valentines Day. What a wonderful way to show the body true love. Having recently experienced a pinched nerve in the lower back, this really was the best thing I could have done to allow the body to heal. The stretches in the sling are not achievable through standard yoga or mobility stretches. I felt incredible afterwards. With grateful thanks to Eva's guidance and fabulous energy.
This is the best space in Eastbourne to host and attend a class. Eva has created a beautiful and uplifting studio where attendees can feel at ease. I love being there and always leave with a heart full of joy. Thank you Eva.
