The staff were very helpful and polite. Parking on site was an added bonus. The room needs a make over, rip in carpet by ensuite, window frames on inside /outside are a bit rotten. But bed was extremely comfortable.

Easy check in, room is spacious and clean , bathroom is big. It’s hot in the room but they provided us electric fan when we requested.

The hotel is in a good location for the sea front. Sea view room was great! Parking was easy. Price was very reasonable.
Lots of squeaky floorboards so don’t expect to get much sleep if the people in the room above are wandering around.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the sink which meant the water didn’t flow away for around 15 minutes and when it did, it left a layer of scum and hair around it. Reported to reception when we left so hopefully they will address it for the next occupants.
