Very nice people and staff. Straight forward check in. Room was comfortable and views were fantastic. Hotel was dated but very clean and worth the price.

Stayed here for a weekend break, the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast had a good choice. Will definitely be back

The hotel was great, the room was nice a spacious and the staff were friendly. The only problems we had was the hot water in the bathroom was not very hot and not enough milk for the 2 days we were there, did ask at reception but didnt seem to have any. But we still had a nice time away and the price we paid was brilliant.

The desk staff were very helpful, as when we complained about the lift noise in the room they did offer to move us . Meal was lovely that we had on our last night .Room clean and tidy .enjoyed the entertainment. All staff around the building were very pleasant and helpful. Staff also offered first aid to a RTA victim in front of hotel and stayed while police and ambulance crew arrived showing how well trained they were with first aid .

Hotel lovely old and in cosmetic disrepair but clean :) Staff very helpful :)
Only one and Half lifts lol 1 lift holds 4 people and the other holds 1 person ?? Major issue when it comes to checking out waited 20 mins for lift and we were top floor with v heavy bags.
Overall nice and cheap x
