Not bad.
The location is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have a sea view room. The seagulls flew to the window seal to say hello.
The facilities are a little bit too old.

I love the hotel even though it's old . But staff are friendly and it's right near the sea front and 5min to the town.
I was given a room that was very tired and didn't feel comfortable and was right by the lift . So I went back to the reception and asked to be moved . They were very good and moved me to another room . Which was better and I had stayed in that room before which was nice .

Just want to say thank you to all the staff, especially Abi, who was exceptional when we checked in. The picture is the
Location is absolutely brilliant, close to restaurants and shops and across the road from the sea. Also has their own car park.
My only comment would be , the outside of the hotel needs a facelift.
