Good value for money
Location. Breakfast and set meal in evening good. Drinks cheap from bar. Bed comfortable.
Room wasnt as clean as it should have been. Room tired. Couldn't open windows.

The staff were very accommodating, They let our children put on music and dance on the dance floor. In the morning the breakfast staff moved tables so we could all sit together

Excellent and staff were very friendly too
Fantastic position right on the sea front. Really lovely and warm and spacious room. Immediate hot water in the shower. Kettle with tea and coffee. Allows dogs which is amazing for us!!!
Parking we had to pay for in the NCO but it’s Eastbourne on the sea front so you can’t expect huge amounts of parking. The NCP was only a short walk though.
