Came to this company via a random google search.
Had never heard of them and their Google reviews were not good! And we spoke about that before carrying on .
Having tried a few others without success I got a call back from Kieran Miller.
We needed specialist help for the insurance and Kieran was really good: kind, understanding , patient with my 100 questions, sympathetic .. all these helped. No judgement from him.
He came back to me later in the day with a quote .. where others had failed he provided a solid quote from a reputable company .
Added in some extras and paid and the paperwork arrived safely by e mail.
Obv can’t comment about claims as hope we will never have to but this front end setting up - though long and involved was definitely made bearable by Kieran’s understanding.

They have always been absolutely great and done exactly what I’ve asked for. In shortening or lengthening pieces of jewellery custom sizing old pieces. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Amazing customer service from Daniella McPherson. Dani was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. I asked her so many different questions and she answered them all even asking her supervisor for second opinion and advise. I was thinking of getting quotes from different companies but after speaking to Dani I decided not to, I would rather pay a little extra after the amazing customer service I received, she was very polite, respectful & helpful. Thank you very much to one answer, you need more customer service advisor’s like dani. I will definitely recommend one answer. If I could give ten stars I would but five is maximum. Thank you once again.
