سكنت في هذا الفندق ليومين من 18-20 يوليو 2024 ودفعت ايجار موقف السيارة 12$ ولم تعطيني الموظفة كرت اضعه على طبلون السيارة وتم تصوير سيارتي في مواقف السيارات وجتني مخالفتين ب172$ وعندما راسلت ادارة الفندق اخبروني انه خطأ الموظفة وسنحاول أن نلغي لك المخالفة وبعد محاولات لم يستطيعو الغاء المخالفتين ومكتب التأجير السيارات سحب من الفيزا قيمة المخالفتين ومازلت اطالب الفندق بإعادة المبلغ ولم يتجاوب معي
تم التعامل مع المخالفات بكل شفافية من قبل ادارة الفندق وتم الغاء المخالفات
شكراً لإدارة الفندق على المساعدة وتفهم الموضوع في الغاء المخالفتين واخص بالشكر الشخص الذي ساعدني في حلها عبر التواصل بالإيميلات.
