I just want to start off by thanking all the staff at Chatfield Jewellers Eastbourne. Everyone of you portrayed professionalism on every encounter. Their amazing service had the ability to help me create the perfect engagement ring to present to my girlfriend, now fiancée with. From the moment I approached them their service was brilliant. Their quick responses via email and phone calls, as well as the personal friendly service I received in there shop itself, made me feel like a very valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the many months we worked together. I originally approached them with an idea, to see if they could source me the ring I was thinking of, but then actually came away with a fully bespoke ring made to my own personal specification and designs. Alex, one of the owners of Chatfield Jewellers, met with me on several occasions to piece by piece create exactly what I wanted, sometimes she even arranged to meet me on her days off to work around my working hours. Her wealth of knowledge within her industry as well as her passionate attitude towards creating peoples desired jewellery made me feel at ease, during the whole process. A process which could quite easily become stressful, when trying to create a ring that will last a lifetime. I really enjoyed the journey in which creating a bespoke piece of jewellery took me on and thankfully, my now Fiancée enjoyed receiving it just as much. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
Overall, I would highly recommend Chatfield Jewellers to anyone wanting quality Jewellery, supplied by professional friendly staff. We will definitely be returning to search for our dream wedding bands in the future.
