Exactly what we were looking for.
Everything was fine. We would like to compliment Phoebe at the reception as she really helped us get a suitable room for my father, who is an OAP, on two visits in a row. She went the extra mile on both occasions, with a smile and enthusiasm to accommodate my father's needs. She is the exact sort of employee you would want to greet you at any hotel you visit. Thank you!

The staff made the stay.
Staff were excellent. Both before and during stay. As 2 90 year olds we appreciated the consideration shown.
Food good. The windows were difficult to open/close
The lock into the room was problematic and is apparently going to be replaced.
The bathroom door got stuck when shut
The coffee maker instructions were on line, I don't have a smart phone. Although a staff member did show me how to use it, a reference guide would have been useful.
Had to move the ironing board to hang up clothes.
Food good. The windows were difficult to open/close

The room was clean and comfortable..location is good..
The hotel is partly refurbished so certain areas are rsther dated and chipped..outside the hotel is a lot of roadworks so the town is also being updated..it will be lovely once completed
