A fairly pleasant stay with very basic amenities and services.
Great location. Very close to seafront and just off Terminus road where all the shops and restaurants are located. A good place for someone who just wants a clean place to sleep and will spend most of their waking hours outside.
Not a dislike, nor a problem for me, but the place is a little careworn and could do with a renovation. Place is comfortable and not shabby at all - just very well used! Somebody with higher expectations might think otherwise though.

Nice hotel in the center of everything in Eastbourne seaside
The staff were so accomodating.
It was a rainy night and we have to vacate the basemant property that we booked previously because I could not stay in a basement apartment.
Staff reception were friendly and smiling all the time!
Great entertainment with a singer most of the weeknights!
Delicious full English breakfast!
Great fun experience in this hotel!

Very pleasant stay, made good memories, thank you.
Lovely front facing room with balcony facing the pier.
Excellent food, well presented and delicious.
Manager and all staff we encountered could not have been more helpful, polite and caring. Very high standard of cleanliness too. Mini fridge would have been helpful.

A nice break for 3 days and enjoyed the entertainment put on by the hotel on 2 evenings.
Decorated well. All staff very friendly and helpful. Handy for town, buses and railway station.
Beds too soft. Very noisy at night with rowdy groups. Seagulls extremely noisy at 4am
