As an Independant Funeral Celebrant, recently visiting a Chaseley Trust resident to help them plan the funeral service of a family member, I was touched at the genuine warmth, compassion and practical support afforded the resident by the CT team, as they remined a constant source of strength for the resident through what was a very emotionally difficult meeting, leading to a particularly heartwrenching funeral service for their family member (under very upsettling circumstances). I am fortunate to meet wonderful carers often in my vocation, who do an incredible job under ever increasing restrictions, and the CT team members I met are a credit to their proffession...

I write this review having come into Chasley Trust with a flesh eating disease as it was decided to let heal naturally which I was not disappointed about instead of skin graft most of carers are very good but as with life in general the odd bad carer I have been lucky to have a Sea view food is proper food not package rubbish overall cannot thank them enough. Surgeon said it would be a long hall. However If you are Polar Bear you will love it which I am not chilly mortal which unfortunately is me if you buy your own electric heater it soon grows legs disappears the excuse is the electrics are old. If this is the case spend the money and have upgraded so that if you buy a heater they are not worried it will overload the electrics. I was a Building Survey should I be worried it will one day burst into flames and the more sidentry residents will perish, should I be worried? Had a good life. Simon Balderson

I contacted The Chaseley Trust to arrange a visit. This was extremely efficiently organised for the next day.<br>I was welcomed upon arrival and shown round. All the staff I met this week were warm, welcoming and friendly. The deputy manager who showed me round was happy to answer my many questions. The building felt vibrant. Residents were able to sit out in the sunshine on the veranda. There are lots of rooms and space for activities. I loved the residents art work displayed in corridors. It felt homely. Thank you

Equipe très sympa mais certaines chambres mériteraient d'être rénovées. Cela manque aussi d'insonorisation.
Emplacement quasi en face de la jetée, parfait.
