Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. Facilitated earky check-in and parking permit. Good location for our stay
Only downside was we were unaware breakfast wasn't availble - prob my fault for not checking beforehand! Plenty of options nearby tho so not a great inconvenience

Our first time in Eastbourne and we chose this hotel because of its great location. The hotel has a car park at the rear of the hotel and is very reasonable at £6 per day. We had chosen a standard sea view room which was comfortable and clean. We decided to extend our stay and upgrade our room to a superior sea view room which was outstanding. In addition to the extra space, it was enormous, there was additional wardrobe space, a coffee machine and bottled water. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning to the Burlington at the end of this week!! The breakfast was very good, a great selection of hot and cold food. I have to mention that the staff at the hotel are lovely, every member of staff that we met were friendly and professional and Abbie on the Reception desk was amazing. So thanks to everyone at the Burlington, we will see you soon!!!
