The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was of a good standard and choice.

The property is somewhat tired generally and in need of a refurbishment, especially the bathroom and window surround.

Perfect stay for 24 hours away from home
I am so glad we booked a superior room as this was a lovely room overlooking the sea. The rear of the property is not very inviting. I liked the fact the hotel is very old with no modern cons - it's kept it's history and found it very quaint as though you're stepping back in time! Loved the old wooden lift where you open the door then get into the lift.
We came from the rear entrance which was not nice at all. The parking was not clear and you had to go down a no entry road that we had not been told of as there were roadworks. Prior notice would have been appreciated.
