A nice couple of days
Location, room was adequate and clean, lovely breakfast, however the evening meal was dreadful
You could not get a drink till 5, no where to get a coffee.

Loads of young kids about, could hear others in their rooms, not up to date but you get what you p.

Had a drunk man next door and could hear everything from being sick, coughing dragging things about, could hear the traffic lights it wasn't a good quite sleep.

Great location, views, staff and food. Hotel needs TLC
Location is great and we had a sea view room, so we could see the pier and sea.
Parking behind the hotel, makes life easier

Food was great, good choice for breakfast and 3 course dinner, all presented well and tasted nice.
booking half board was a brill deal.
Serving staff in the restaurant all very friendly & efficient The hotel is old, which is lovely, but it is tired in places . Needs lots of TLC.
The room we had was okay but the bathroom was dirty, no proper cleaning or care is taken. Or the cleaners need glasses, sorry to be sarcastic but there is no excuse.
The bathroom also very old and the floor was noisy and spongy!
But we slept ok and our view distracted us from the negatives & we got a bargain few nights away.

Eastbourne on a budget
The hotel is very tired and could use some love and money spent on it. It's clean, and the staff are very friendly. If you want a very cheap night away, you could do a lot worse than the Burlington.
The bathroom in our room was very old and had been repaired many, many times. But the room was cheap so what do you expect?
