Took my wife to the Hedgehog experience for an Xmas present. The staff were really friendly. The presentation was long, but each segment was informative and didn't outstay its welcome. The tour around the other animals was a nice added bonus. Holding and cleaning up after the hedgehog was what rounded the experience off for my wife. I would definitely recommend.

I just called today for a super sick fox that was in our neighbours front garden. They were here within the hour. That poor animal was in so much distress and it was brilliant how well it was handled.

Rang and left a message about an injured Crow. Promptly contacted and informed of what they were going to do. Reassuringly called later to be informed of how they had dealt with that situation. Very impressed with their service and happy to say Crow doing well. Many thanks Tim

I called yesterday about a baby gull that had fallen of my roof at 5pm I kept eyes on it till the lovely gentleman came at around 8pm he caught it and put it gently back up on my top floor roof with its siblings . ( despite the parents dive bombing us all ) happy baby walking roof this morning fingers crossed he doesn’t fall off again . I can’t thank you enough as the gulls nest on my roof every year .

Took in a baby Pidgeon & a baby Mole that I had brought to them. Told me they would be very well cared for & then released when they were better & older. They also gave me information on how to get updated on their care & release, in the future. Highly recommend them for wildlife care. Thank you for helping these two animals back to health ❤️

I volunteer here occasionally when I can, with a good friend. Very friendly atmosphere, there are some very dedicated people here, but they can always do with ad hoc volunteers, so if your passion is caring for wildlife and you have some spare time, this is the place for you! You will be most welcome.

Just called the WRAS emergency line as I had found a young seagull that looked like it had just been hit by a car, as its wing was turned up. The lady on the phone was very helpful and asked if I could catch it however it wasn’t possible. She contacted another person to ask if they could collect it. Within minutes I had a phone call from a man who said he was 5 minutes away. The car turned up and he arrived with a cat box, caught the seagull kindly and quickly and put it in the box. I was very worried the seagull may run into the road again, but this rescue was amazing and so quick. Thank you to the team!
