This was a spot off the moment trip to Eastbourne and the Burlington made it perfect.
Fantastic location, super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean single room and very safe for a single woman. The room was lovely and warm with an extra radiator if needed. Will definitely go back. Thank you Burlington.

Nothing we didn't like. A one night stay in February and of course a quiet time but room was lovely and warm and comfortable

Lovely traditional building. Beautiful dining room. Friendly staff.
Keen price for a sea view room. Comfortable and warm.
Looks great from outside. Very decent evening meal at good price. Excellent breakfast Upgraded very cheaply and without much thought to interior design. Clearly now a budget operation catering for tour market.. Very much faded glories. Worn corridor carpets. Flaking paint, crumbling and rotten window frames.

Good value for money a little tied.
Where it was situated near the pier
Food, over cooked, last night it advertised tortellini in cheese sauce but it was in tomato sauce.

Why I lov3d the burlington
The staff were so friendly. The building was beautiful lovely chandeliers comfortable informal seats lovely vintage feel and dogs were welcomed
