We are big foodies and have always tried locals. We came across Rosy Lee by accident while looking for a good breakfast place in Eastbourne just after pandemic was over but still with few restrictions. That also we found it through somebody's recommendation. We have never gone anywhere else since. The quality and quantity of the food along with its reasonable price is second to none. It's been almost 4 years and we haven't gone anywhere else or if away found anything close to it's level of food or service. Dee, Kevin and Jo thank you.

Visited today for breakfast after spotting on sign outside they served breakfast. Had the full English with scrambled egg and it was delicious, beautifully cooked and nicely presented. Was great to have choice of poached, fried or scrambled eggs. The sausages were so tasty. 2 x sausages, 2 x bacon, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, hash brown, baked beans and toast only £10.95. My daughter had scrambled egg with smoked salmon and toast £12.95. The price didn't include drinks but for quality and quantity we thought it was a good price.signage for breakfast outside would benefit from being bigger. We happened to park outside to go somewhere else and spotted it. So glad we did .Very nice staff . Will certainly recommend it to people

I've visited the theatre twice in the past month once for Jim Davison and Nathan Carter. The venue is very beautiful inside it doesn't look much from the outside the theatre staff are brilliant very helpful and friendly most of them are volunteers. The bar prices are very fair, and they take cash and card. Most venues have now stopped taking cash I will be back for another show here

Staying in Eastbourne and decided to call into this pub having read reviews.wonderful find.i decided to have something to eat and the landlord was friendly and also came to your table to take order(which is a nice touch).ordered the lamb shank and a pint of bitter.food came and I was asked if everything was ok and did I want anything else.always find this attention to your customers in any restaurants or pubs goes down a treat.the lamb shank was absolutely delicious and came with five different veg and truly wonderful mash potato.for a pub this food was worthy of any restaurant and will definitely be back again.thank you
