A grand hotel that needs a lot of investment to bring up to today standards
Location great. Breakfast basic but adequate. Dinner food fair/moderate, but very under staffed.
Couldn't draw curtains in room, impossible to close bathroom door, no heating in bathroom.

Very nice last minute stay, just what we needed after a rubbish year
Very nice hotel, clean, staff were very nice and friendly too. The location was great for the pier, shops & restaurants. All in all a lovely stay

Most of it. The food was good and the staff attentive.
Although the room was large, comfortable and well appointed, and the king size bed comfortable, the pillows were hard and difficult to sleep on.

Lovely weekend in Eastbourne
We had the Superior double room with a sea view and the room was very large. It was so big the tv looked small while sitting in the bed. The breakfast was lovely with lots of hot fresh food.
Nothing really. You could really picky and say that it needs decorating and new carpets but it was clean and comfortable.
The one thing I didn't like much was the lifts, very small.

My stay at the Burlington Eastbourne
The room we had was spacious and reasonable clean. The hotel was in a good location in Eastbourne

Lovely hotel. Fab breakfast. Value for money. Will definitely return.
Location. It’s a beautiful hotel. Room was nice with a fabulous sea view.
The room was sweltering. We had to have all the windows open all night an it was 4 degrees outside. However there was a fan in the room that we weirdly didn’t see. So we could have sorted this ourselves.
