Stayed a few times, short notice trip this week & walked in hoping the could fit us in, very accommodating & gave us a room for 2 nights.
Bright clean room, comfy beds & could see the sea & pier.
Great location opposite the pier & town.
Staff are lovely, helpful & friendly.
Will be staying again in a few months.

This place could be amazing. The hotel is old and run down. In dire need of TLC. The owners should really invest in this place. However, the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and made the stay better for us. They went out of their way to talk to us at breakfast and were polite throughout. The male receptionist was really nice, he changed my room when I wasn't happy to a much nicer one. I can't fault the staff, and i take my hat off to them for making the best out of what they have to work with. 10/10 for the staff team.. They deserve a raise...

Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly.
No sooner we entered with our family dog, staff offered help and showed us to nice table. We were waited on for drinks and food, with helpful tips and advice, which were all good. Excellent food, worth the little extra over some other local pubs.Highly Recommended.

My wife and I have always regarded Chatfields as our āgo toā in Eastbourne whenever weāve needed jewellery. Weāve never been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and the quality is second to none. Would we recommend Chatfields? Absolutely

Me and my family have now been to see
Wizard of oz, Jack and the bean stalk, Snow White and the seven dwarfs, and Goldie locks and the three bears panto,
If you want family fun entertainment these guys are the ones to see havenāt been disappointed yet,
although I am going to be truly honest Goldie locks and the three bears was probably the most boring out of them all I didnāt laugh no where near as much as the other 3pantos it felt really dulled down not like any of the other 3 of their shows,
my 14year old didnāt enjoy it like he did the other 3 either,
How ever My 9year old nephew and 5year old daughter really enjoyed it just as much as all the others āŗļø
But felt this was aimed more for the younger and not a whole family entertainment,
But never the less What a brilliant team they are and it wonāt put us off coming back to watch Aladdin at Christmas āŗļø
