We purchased our wedding rings here and received great service from start to finish. Millie really listened to my ideas and found me a beautiful ring. I wanted some changes so she organised for a ring to be made for me. Me and my fiancé are so pleased with our rings they are both lovely and I can’t fault the customer service. Thank you!

Just spent three very pleasant nights at the Afton hotel, the room was spacious and clean, the people were nice and very helpful - it's situated in a very good position directly opposite the pier and yet is very quiet at night, we slept well. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Lovely old theatre in Eastbourne. Went to see a Fleetwood Mac tribute band and it was amazing. Very friendly staff and bar staff alike😉

Stayed a few times, short notice trip this week & walked in hoping the could fit us in, very accommodating & gave us a room for 2 nights.
Bright clean room, comfy beds & could see the sea & pier.
Great location opposite the pier & town.
Staff are lovely, helpful & friendly.
Will be staying again in a few months.

This place could be amazing. The hotel is old and run down. In dire need of TLC. The owners should really invest in this place. However, the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and made the stay better for us. They went out of their way to talk to us at breakfast and were polite throughout. The male receptionist was really nice, he changed my room when I wasn't happy to a much nicer one. I can't fault the staff, and i take my hat off to them for making the best out of what they have to work with. 10/10 for the staff team.. They deserve a raise...
