Good
Friendly staff. Good size room. Hotel very central. Live entertainment was really good and unexpected.
Broken shower attachment so had to hold the shower attachment. Room decor needed attention in places as well as the bathroom. It was a good price so we didn't expect much, so overall it was good.

Very good
Breakfast was OK but limited cooked breakfast only scramble eggs no fried eggs.
Plates were to small. Had to wait for replishment of coffee butter croissant both mornings.

Great location, fast check in, good breakfast. Dog friendly. Staff very friendly.
It was a budget price on a Saturday night - there was nothing I didn't expect for the price. It was well worth it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were fabulous and we will be returning.
Brilliant location, everything within easy walking distance. Had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant one night and the bar the other night. Both meals were lovely. Every single member of staff were exemplary, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. Entertainment both nights was very good as well. We will be returning.
Some parts of the hotel are getting a little tired, but it’s a very old building and maintenance must be a costly nightmare.

You get what you pay for! 😊
Near to all amenities.
The room was adequate for the money I paid however the room was at the back of the property, near a fire escape so there was not much natural light in the room.
The bathroom could have done with a basic refurbishment as it had a very old marked wash basin and the tiles were very old.
Although the rest of the hotel was fine, the room was basic.
