Nice, good value hotel
We had a great stay, staff were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable, the shower was great. Breakfast was nice too. Wifi connection was good.
Overall cleanliness could have been a bit better, and the decor is a bit dated and in some places could do with decorating.

Clean, rooms quite big and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Pleasant
Great location and very friendly staff!
My curtain in my room was broken and didn’t pull properly.. this effected my privacy and I didn’t have a great sleep due to the light still shining through.. I was told that someone would look at it for me but it wasn’t resolved. Also when using the shower if you switch the hot tap on it runs boiling hot water and the cold top runs freezing cold water.. there was no in between.

Wouldn't return.
Price not bad. Staff were smiley ☺ dogs allowed in all areas.
Lack of parking. Very tired building and soulless. Noisy in room from outside street music and no warning of fireworks which terrified the dogs. . No room service turned up to make beds. Very expensive for dogs- No goody bag for dog despite charging 40 pounds extra. Never anyone at the bar. Would not return.

Good stay
Hotel was good bars and entertainment location were good rooms I was in was ok no problem rooms ok could be better love the lifts reception staff bar staff and restaurant morning staff brilliant will stay again
Not a lot it's a old hotel so things are old a bit of decorating in rooms standard ones especially carpet's could do with cleaning
