Best cafe in Eastbourne for breakfast. Good menu and very flexible. Cones with tea and coffee plus toast. Also you can make up your breakfast to meet your needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to park .Good quality and quantity.

My golly where do I begin!
When I first joined the best of I was concerned I'd feel out of place and way out of my depths, but this would never be my fate with the wonderful, smart and supportive David.
When ever I've had a query or challenge, David has helped me make sense of things and find solutions. David is also so great with ideas, with expansive thinking and new perspectives.
I'm delighted to be part of the best of because I feel I finding my way with it and enjoying new benefits and opportunities all the time.
I'm feeling rather inspired. Thank you David x

Food good value with a reasonable choice in the

Great location on sea front shame about room view I got also windows didn't lock room clean but bit dated an pai ted grey felt like I was in a cell bathroom could do with over all an corridors could do with been brighter paint as grey corridors very squeaky floor boards bar ok only larger an cider on draft rest in fridges breakfast self service which ok nice frontage wifi on house too

The Rosy Lee is absolutely The best café in the town in my opinion.
I am a fairly regular customer and I am always welcomed wonderfully by Kevin and Dee, the owners and their staff.
The breakfast is absolutely wonderful as are the lunches. A particular highlight for me is the bubble and squeak which is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Please try it, you will thank me.
