Swain Brothers are a friendly and professional team. Excellent service from Tim’s initial visit to completion of the work. The young fitters were pleasant and courteous. They did a great job and left my home clean and tidy. I am extremely pleased with the new door and window and would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Old aluminium balcony door replaced with were smart white pvc. Octagonal window which was blown also replaced. Defective triple vent removed and very neatly covered. Defective window handles replaced.
Competitive quote. Great communication. Fitters arrived when expected, were very polite and courteous. Minimal noise and disruption to our neighbours. Left the place spotless and us very happy with the job. Would highly recommend.

To cut a long story short, we were let down by 2 other suppliers and installers and then found Swain Brothers.
From the outset, both Andy and Tim were polite and professional and filled us with confidence in their abilities and service.
The team arrived on the day they said they would at the time they said they would, but were thwarted by the weather. The team came back the next day and made an amazing start and finished all 13 windows in 2 days, no mean feat considering the weather.
The new windows look fantastic we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend them.
