Excellent service. Booked in for one night. Small problem with the room which the front desk took care of immediately! Breakfast was a well stocked buffet and everything was hot and cooked well. Great variety of breads and pastries as well as cereals , fruit and porridge. Room was like others have commented ‘a bit tired’ but management has said they are renovating which in a hotel as large as this takes time. Slept well. Bed was comfortable and room had adequate heat and all the comforts of a budget hotel. Would come back again.

Best cafe in Eastbourne. Great breakfasts and very flexible. The staff are happy to meet your requirements. Quantity and quality. Easy parking and friendly staff. Breakfasts come with a tea or filter coffee.

Large hotel across the road from the Pier entrance. It still has much of its original grandeur but is a little tired. The rooms are much the same. That said, the hotel and staff were keen to keep standards as high as possible. There was always friendly service available and each night of my stay there was live entertainment in the bar. The Buffet Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks and was fine. Parking is difficult but the hotel has its own relatively small car park at the rear at an extra charge.
I thought the Burlington was very good value for money and I enjoyed my stay. I would have no reservations in book again.

Amazing good quality breakfast. Piping hot and great customer service. Definitely my go to spot for a big lovely fry up breakfast.
