Comfortable for a one night sleep.
Bed was comfortable, good shower
Room was very tired, smelt very musty which may be lack of use or the rotting windows. Lacked cleaning of room surfaces, particularly around the shower base. Black not treated. Would be easy to resolve and keep up.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, we were away on a hen weekend, and they went above and beyond to ensure the bride to be and the rest of the group had a great time.

My visit to Eastbourne was to see my partner’s cousin and my stay was comfortable.
Got to admit hotel is really tired looking but I felt comfortable staying.

Sea side sisters
Staff were friendly and really helpful. Buffet breakfast was decent and had free-from options available. Bed was comfy. Location just by the pier.
Car park was advertised but couldn't find how to get in, multi storey NCP a block away for a similar rate, though.
Some tired decor, but added to the charm of the old building. Bar closed at 11pm on Friday night.
