The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Our room was specious and clean, but the hotel looks tired. We loved the Christmas decorations, and the breakfast buffet was great. Parking is available at the back on a first come first served basis.

From my first contact, and throughout the works, Carl was excellent at responding to messages and was always polite and professional. He kept appointments, updating me regarding any delays, and was quick to email an estimate of works.
