Pleasant but not wonderful
Location, food especially the breakfast and how lovely all the staff were.
Bedrooms very tatty and old fashioned. Water pressure on the 4th floor awful so showering wasn’t very good.

We were well looked after.
Staff were exceptionally helpful. They had time to listen to what you needed and responded intelligently and with thought.

Convenient but place looked as though it needed a bit of “refurbishment”!

Bed was slightly uncomfortable but it fulfilled my needs!

Pleasant stay overall.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Lovely location right on the sea front.
The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner and in better condition as this was supposed to be a 'superior ' room. There was also a castor missing from the bed.

it was a perfect base for me to catch up with an old friend. The staff were incredibly helpful

Burlington, Eastbourne
The location, parking facilities, and the staff are always very helpful.
I have stayed at the Burlington before and I think that the Superior room should include a mini fridge.
In addition, I think that some of the rooms could do with updating.
