The heavy soap holder in the shower was loose it came off and caused me a minor injury the shower door didn't close so the floor was wet after a shower which was slippery.

An average hotel but staff are 1st class food was brilliant and I would go back but I am disabled and shower was nearly as high as a bath to get in even though we asked for walk in shower

Lovely hotel in a fantastic position. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The bar area is great and we were allowed to bring in a takeout and eat in the bar area.
The only downside for us was the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat . On request we were given some more pillows though. The hotel could benefit from some updating but we will definitely be going back .
