Stay was ok but not inspired to return
Good location, staff were friendly
Requested an accessibility room but was put in a room that had a small bathroom with a step to get in. Complained to receptionist and was moved to an accessibility room. Why they couldn’t do that in the first place I don’t know. The disabled access to building was through a fire door that had shattered glass in the door that was taped up. To get in the building there was a bell but it never got answered so I had to leave my partner outside the door in her wheelchair while I walked to the main entrance and through the building to open door myself. The car park looked like a bit of waste land behind the building and had no disability parking. Sat in the bar area for evening drink but had to keep taking partner to our room for the toilet because there’s no disabled toilets.

On the whole it was ok, friendly staff, and dog friendly 🙂
The breakfast was good, and a good selection of food. I also thought the staff were very good and helpful, especially with my dogs.
We booked for evening meal, but was not happy the main dinner, it was nothing like Hunters chicken, it was dried up and the chips, could have been better. I also thought for the price we paid our room could have been cleaner , particularly around the windows they were in a bad way and very dirty, plus I think there should have been biscuits in the room, as most of the places I stay at have them , I'm also a cleaner, so I know how id like to leave my holiday let's.

Comfortable room. Plenty of hot water. Nice breakfast.
We had a sea view. Staff cheerful and friendly. Handy car park. Sorry, can't think of anything to complain about.
