Staff/manager were really nice and friendly, accommodating when needed to change room,
Needs a make over to bring up to date decorations, needs cigarette bin outside, bins need shutting, no net curtains and needs black out curtains that fit, pillows need replacing as very old.

Jeremy has done a great job by decorating the entire flat for us. His work is of very high standards, he is easy to deal with and has done what he promised to do. He is very reliable and finished the work in the time he said he would. We would recommend him highly.

Friendly, reliable, trustworthy, excellent workmanship, good communicator, sticks to the time schedule, spots problems and finds solutions, sensitive to customer idiosyncrasies: I cannot recommend him highly enough and have used him for a wide range of jobs over several years including indoor and outdoor painting and renovation. He charges a fair price and I consider him a friend.

Welcoming staff in reception and at breakfast. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Spacious lounge.
We liked the view of the sea and pier from our room. Good to have a car park attached to the hotel. The condition of the carpet in our room was not good. Only one very tiny lift was working. This historic and basically attractive hotel, needs a makover
