Showing its age. On the other hand if you like old seaside hotels and can appreciate it for what it was / is. Had a pleasant stay.

A lovely few days away by the sea.
The room was clean and tidy and the view of the sea was lovely.
The staff were all very chatty and made you feel very welcome.
The singer Andrew was very good and entertained us on our last night which was totally unexpected but what a lovely night we had. I am not good with lifts so didn't like having to use those.

Lounge rooms downstairs and the coffee was excellent
Of course the Burlington is an old property and a little run down, but very good experience for the price.
