Not sure I would stay there again.
Good location
Lot of noise from water dripping, someone staying in the room above who seemed to be moving furniture around to the early hours of the morning. Someone smoking in the hallway. Lift needed decorating, looked like it hadn't been done for a very long time. Whole hotel needed updating.

A lovely overnight stay and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area .
Location was great with a fantastic view of the pier and sea . First appearances can be a bit misleading but the room was excellent , contemporary , very large as was the bed . Breakfast was good value .
Only minor gripes like the floorboards in the corridor outside our room creaking badly and personally I prefer a softer mattress .

Beautiful place shame about the bed
The lady and the front desk was super nice and polite, every where was clean, views are amazing
The mattress on the bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable couldn’t sleep as felt like I was going to roll off the bed
