Great stay at the Burlington!
Location, nice friendly staff, good Internet in the room and the hotel even provides entertainment three nights a week.
Hotel is looking gery tired and needs some money spent on it.

Very comfortable bed, OK room overall, lovely staff ,amazing value, good location, and nice low-priced bar
Hotel from outside looks so bad! Didn't want to check in! ( the room surprised me!) Very small old lifts! ,no plug socket next to bed.

Comfy, clean and near everything!
Staff lovely. Close to beach, town and public transport. Room comfy.
Breakfast: only scrambled eggs no boiled or fried. Ran out of croissants before I got one! I think breakfast is better during the summer months when we have stayed there.

Warm, Clean and staff very friendly.
The room view as amazing right on the sea front. Room was clean and tidy and the staff so very helpful making this a joy to stay.
My wife and I are in our senior years and having to get a lift up 4 flights before our room was a little bit sad.
A ground floor would have been better but then again we wouldn't have got the amazing views ( cant win them all )

Good value.
Friendly staff. Evening entertainment.
Reasonable dinner and breakfast.
Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced parking at rear. In need of decorating so a bit tired.
Hot water in our room not hot enough but hotter for other family members.
But all reflected in a reasonable room rate.

Great place if looking for something basic and clean in a good location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Off road parking at a reasonable price. I don't mind the odd creaky floor board and expect that in a property like this but the floor in my room was creaky all over. I was scared to go to the toilet in the night because I was worried walking across the creaky floor would wake neighbours or those staying in rooms below us.
It was difficult to sit on the toilet due to the positioning of the toilet roll holder and I thought this was due to my size. My niece who isn't plus size used the toilet in my room when she visited me and she said it was awkward for her too. Maybe a freestanding toilet roll holder would be a cheap fix for this problem.

Location was good, room was clean and comfortable. Parts of the hotel where a little dated and run down but this is to be expected for a hotel of this age and for the price we paid was very good value.
