Convenient location due to visiting son in town.
Its location
Room was cold 1st night and hot the next.
Disabled toilets were down in basement
Room wasn’t made over, so no clean lining or towels

The receptionist was pretty amazing very helpful lady I understand she used to work in the restaurant left but came back to work at reception. She has it all to make you feel warm and she was very welcoming a true leader people like her are hard to find

The room was very basic and the building is a bit run down, the shower had very little pressure. however for what we paid it was absolutely fine. the view was to the rear of the hotel, but that was fine we were not spending lots of time in the room.
the food was very good, the bar prices were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. we would stay again but would pay a bit more for a better room.
