For us this was a major project - 9 windows and two French doors being replaced with good quality Rehau double glazing. We had quotes from five companies and although the Swain Brothers were not the cheapest or most expensive we felt that we were in safe hands. As predicted, the work was completed in four days by a team of three friendly and knowledgeable staff/family members and the quality of the workmanship and detailed finishing with mastic was excellent. We are really happy with the final look and wouldn't hesitate to use the Swain Brothers for future projects.

As part of the team at Radio DGH I feel incredibly proud to be involved with this radio station which not only provides a service for the patients, staff and visitors to the District General Hospital but also to the wider Eastbourne community. Not only is Radio DGH able to be heard inside the hospital but it’s also able to be heard from home, work or on the move via the website as well as various apps. And with a wide range of music from the 60s to today you can be sure you’ll hear a real variety of songs.

Dave turned up on time and was very helpful explaining to both of us the details and the procedure of the Fire Risk Assessment he carried out on our Grade 2 listed building in central Brighton. He was always polite and also discussed issues with tenants resident in the building and invited any queries.
The Fire Risk Assessment was delivered promptly by email as well as the Fire Emergency Evacuation Plan which we will ensure all tenants receive.
We were very satisfied with his work, his explanations and his report. Also he communicated clearly, arrived on time and was polite to all!

Lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble. Had a breakfast, and everything was cooked perfectly. Difficult to find somewhere that eggs are cooked properly, but this is it! Will definitely be back, & be recommending to others.
