Monika provided us with excellent service and came with us on our journey from having a vision to creating plans that we were able to amend to go beyond what we could imagine. Monika drew the planning permission plans, submitted our application, answered all questions on our behalf and made what could have been a stressful process, stress free. Monika also drew out building regulation plans and completed all paperwork for us. We would 100% use Monika again! Our building works have just started and it is so exciting to see our plans come to life!

I can’t recommend Monika highly enough. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future. Throughout the whole planning process the communication has been brilliant, any questions we had were immediately answered and details always explained clearly. Monika incorporated everything we requested into a beautiful design and the drawings are immaculate. We have now been granted planning permission and can’t wait to get started. As complete novices in the world of 'building and planning' when we decided to investigate an extension on our house it was really important to us to find someone who would be able to take us through the full journey. Monika was fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend her. She kept us informed all the way through, dealt with everything on our behalf (planning, building regs, additional permissions we needed) and even recommended a builder! She was on hand whenever we had any questions and made the whole process easy for us. She was fantastic!
