I was chosen by the client to carry out an extension which Monika had designed. I must say, I found the drawings very easy to follow and build from. Early in the project we found unexpected ground conditions that Monika swiftly had details provided for to keep the job moving.

Monika was referred to us by colleague and we are very pleased with the work she has done for us given the current COVID situation. Monika is very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work and was very proactive in keeping us updated with the planning of the project. She provided us with some great suggestions on how to make the most efficient use of our home space and managed to include all our requirements for the house extension as part of the approved building plans. I would strongly recommend her for the quality of work that she does.

I chose Monika to draw plans for a garage conversion because she had such excellent reviews. I made the right choice. Despite Covid delays Monika has steered the plans through planning and building regs and even recommended a builder. She listens to her clients needs,has reasonable fees and communication has been easy and a pleasure. I highly recommend her.

Met few architects prior to Monika.. She came onsite and started advising on major pit falls on ideas I had, gave suggestions even prior to discussing any fees.. Once all agreed, within few days was onsite taking measurements, and within a week. All drawings completed. I gave my comments on a Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning received back amended drawings - Monika works weekends to ensure her clients don't lose time. All drawings submitted. Any questions raised by planning dept. Monika would respond back same day - amazing.. Planning permission approved - Thank you Monika

I was recommended to use Monika from Building Plan Design via a mutual friend and I also wanted a female architect as I feel they are more in touch with how a home works! Monika was very friendly and I felt listened to what we wanted along with her suggestions. Overall, very happy with the service, just now looking forward to the building works starting!

Monika was recommended to us by our builder who had contracted her for work on his own home. From start to finish, Monika was knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and responsive. Despite COVID-19 causing delays in council planning departments, Monika steered our plans through quickly and efficiently and we are excited for the building work to begin.
