Chatfield are my favourite jewellers. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, it is the go-to place for presents, repairs, alterations, etc.
Recently they went above and beyond to help me replicate a valued and sentimental ring that had belonged to my mother, in a very short space of time. They kept me up to date with progress and created the replica in good time. The replica is stunning, an exact copy, quite overwhelming to see and have. I cannot thank them enough. I thoroughly recommend them.

Priscilla brought her knowledge of paints and good customer service to my rescue. She created a paint palete board that complemented or enhanced where needed my existing hard and soft furnishings, accumulated over decades. I have to add a few light shade suggestions to complete the project. A follow up consultation helped me declutter pictures. It’s hard say ‘this has served well and should be retired’. A good investment that saved me from costly mistakes that I would have had to live with for years.

We engaged Priscilla to provide guidance and recommendations on colours and furnishings for the re-decoration of the communal areas of our block of flats. We met with her and shared our overall goals and intentions and also specific input/requests of the homeowners. She took all we said onboard and produced a very thorough consideration, delivering a number of ‘boards’ with suggested colour schemes and attached ideas of wall pictures, furniture and even plants that would coordinate with each colour scheme. She also produced a folder with more information of matching items, including carpets.
On presenting Priscilla’s suggestions to the homeowners, we received some follow up questions, and Priscilla was happy to address those questions and provide further, very specific options.
In summary, Priscilla fulfilled exactly what we were looking for from an interior designer in that the suggestions she made assisted us to make decisions that our whole community are happy with.

The fire risk assessor was able to complete the assessment quickly. On arrival took pictures and checked the internal areas of the block of flats. They then discussed with me what they had found and made various recommendations. They were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk everything through with them. The report was then emailed to me within two days. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them again for future assessments.
